Pune: Team India’s newly elected limited overs skipper Virat Kohli is known for his aggressive on-field captaincy, and his premier spin bowler Ravichandran Ashwin echoed the sentiment about skipper’s captaincy style ahead of the One Day International series against England, which begins here on Sunday.

ICC Player of the year R Ashwin, shared his thoughts about the upcoming series as some members of the Indian team arrived in Pune to commence preparation for the opener.

Ashwin, who had a phenomenal 2016, hasn’t really played the 50 overs format in last one year as the team management has opted to give him rest.
